Ok so the saturday stroll with MAX and Matt, is gaining momentum, been showing him around the local area so his 6 month old pup gets a run out and ronnie gets to bark and growl

Finally 5 months after the knee op and 4 months after the bike accident, I'm getting back into some better distance.

75% off road, and mostly flat with no rests or coasting!! But too many gates to lift the bike over, 8 in total
